On the day of Savage Fest, Vendors are requested to be set up no later than 9:30 am (setup time is 7:00-9:30 am) and to stay up until 5:00 pm. Savage Fest starts at 10:00 am and ends at 5:00 pm. All supplies for the vendor space such as table, tent, chairs, etc. must be supplied by the vendor. There are a limited number of spaces available for electrical hookup which will cost extra and cannot be guaranteed. The Savage Community Association reserves the right to assign spaces on a first-come, first-served basis. Shaded spots are limited and cannot be guaranteed. If requested, we will make an effort to assign a booth in the same spot as in previous years. Space requirements in excess of 10x10 ft (100 sq ft) will require the rental of two spaces (10x20 ft).

The tent or canopy shall have a label affixed or an on-site certification stating that the tent complies with NFPA 701, California State Fire Marshal, or other testing standard approved by the Office of the Fire Marshal.
